Generally we have listened from our elders and parents that Paro Likho Or Achie Naukri Karo.... Vo Yeh Nahi Kahtey Ki Paro Likho Or Achaa VePaar Karo......


But, if we differntiate between Job Or Business then we can say that a good job salary  can be 50 thousand or 1 lakh or even two lakh per month...... But, where with the maximum highk of job ends..... at that point Business start.... because there is no end of earning in business. It's totally undefined the limit of business if we start it properly in early age period.....

In this bog we will discuss some important points between Job Or Business which is best or suitable for everyone....

One most important thing that, If you have caliber on your work and knowledge then, You can go with Job


On other hand, If you have caliber, full confidence and  belive on your self then you can go... with Buisness.

Job and Business might seem similar, but they're actually quite different. Let's break it down in simple terms!


What's a Job?


A job is when you devote your 8 to 10 hrs time for someone else. You have a boss. He/She will give you specifics task and you do tasks or provide services for them. The company will pay you salary for your  work completion. You may be part of a team, where you have specific duties and responsibilities.

Pros of Having a Job:


Steady Or Limited Income: 

You will get regular income as per your assignments and caliber in job. The salary may be monthly or weekly. This helps you plan your daily or monthly expenses.


Low Risk In Job :


There is no any job risk,  because you are not investing any thing or your money in Job. Your boss or company's management is investing in all projects. You are only employee of your company and company is giving you money as per assigned your duties. Only some risk is their that company can Hire or Fire you by giving you notice or  without  any reason.



Limited Control:

In private sector jobs, The Boss is always right.. You have to follow your boss's instructions and rules. You might not have much say in how things are done. You will say only and only Yes Boss...


Very Limited Growth: 

Every year your income can be highk or increment as per your company's growth. It also depend on your boss or management wether they give you increment or not. You might have to wait for promotions or raises.


What's a Business?

A business is an important asset of life because you are ready for profit and loss while operating your buisness. It could be selling products, providing services, or both. You will be boss of your decisions. You can start your buisness with large or small investments.  It's totally depend upon your planing and fields where you are going to set your business....

When you do your own a business, you have the opportunity to  grow it and  make a lot of money. If your business does well, your income can grow significantly.

You're the boss! You can decide what will be the best thing to boost your buisness instant. You can also make your decision that how things are done and when.   You have more flexibility in your schedule and can create your own work environment.

High Risk And High Rewards: 

You usually listen that " Risk Hey To Ishak Hai.." Starting and running a business involves a lot of risks. In your own business,  you might invest a lot of money and time. You will not get profit instantly,  it can take time more than 2 to 3 years with your regular consistency efforts...Some time there's also the risk of failure.


More Responsibility:


While doing your own buisness there are so many challenges face by you. You're responsible for everything like managing finances, marketing, sales, employees satisfaction and  customer satisfaction etc. It can be stressful and overwhelming at times.

Job can be good as compare with Buisness After student life. Job teach us value of time, daily punctuality. But as per some general opinions one must do job only upto 40 years, After learning skills from market in different sectors , One must do his/her own business . It totally depend upon your  preferences, skills, and goals. Some people enjoy the stability and structure of a job, while others thrive on the challenges and rewards of owning a business.
